Conference fees
The fees include:
- registration and meeting costs
- accommodation in twin room sharing with another participant
- all meals, coffee breaks and drinks included (For Non-resident registration fees does not include breakfast)
- welcome drink
- half day excursion
- conference dinner
- group transportation from/to the nearest airport
Grants
Grants are available for students and early stage researchers to cover the conference fee and possibly part of the travel costs. Grants are distributed based on financial need and scientific merit. Grantees must attend the entire conference in order to benefit from the grant.

Grant requests should be made by ticking appropriate field(s) in the paragraph "Grant application" of the application form.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your participation, please contact the Conference Administrator immediately. If notice of cancellation is received more than two weeks before the conference, all but EUR 100 will be reimbursed. No refund is possible if notice of cancellation is received less than two weeks before the conference.
Conference fees must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard) via the online registration form by the registration deadline. A 150 EUR supplement is added if full payment has not been received by the registration deadline.
Payments by bank transfer are accepted only in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to a 10 EUR supplement. Contact the Conference Administrator for details.
Payments by cash and cheque are not accepted.
